I have been an Island resident and homeowner for over 30 years. Moving here in 1989 and buying my home in 1990. As part of a job transfer, I was asked to manage a project which would consolidate over a dozen offices and 1,00 jobs nationwide into 2 WNY locations. The project was going to last 2-3 years, which would give me a 5-year commitment to stay in the area and continue working for that company. That was over 30 years ago. I raised my family here. I have worked, volunteered and contributed to our community in what I considered to be a small way. It is time to take those improvements to the next level for the greater good of the community. Retired military officer with over 26 years of service. Member of various military organizations to include past membership in the American Legion.

As a realtor and finance specialist provided instruction guidance and training to open the door to First Time Homeownership to scores of clients. Bought and sold many other established and repeat clients which is a testament to their level of trust in me. My drive, determination and experience have caused me to find solutions where others only look for excuses.

In addition to teaching the insurance and point reduction program at the Golden Age Center, I was a past instructor, trainer and Zone Manager for the AARP corresponding driver safety program.
